Privacy Policy

How QC Info collects, uses, retains and protects personal information, and how US residents can exercise their privacy rights.

Who we are and what this policy covers

QC Info Media LLC ("QC Info", "we", "us") operates queencityvignette.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect from visitors to the site, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we retain it, and the privacy rights available to US residents including California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It applies to information collected through the website only.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government-issued ID document numbers, financial account numbers or health information. QC Info is an editorial site; account funding or KYC is handled by licensed operators, not by us.

How we use the information

Contact form messages are used only to respond to the sender. Server logs are used to keep the site running securely, to detect abuse and to comply with legal obligations if a lawful request is served. Analytics data is used to understand which editorial content is useful and which needs improvement.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not participate in the ad-tech ecosystem that the CCPA and CPRA define as a "sale" or "share" of personal information. We may disclose information in three limited situations - to a service provider under a written contract to help us run the site, to comply with a lawful subpoena or court order, or to protect the safety of a person in danger.

Retention

Contact form messages are retained for the period necessary to resolve the enquiry and, where a follow-up is likely, for up to 24 months. Server logs are retained for 90 days for security review. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form for 26 months.

Your rights under the CCPA and CPRA

If you are a California resident you have the right to:

  1. Know what personal information we have collected about you and where it came from.
  2. Request a copy of your personal information in a portable format.
  3. Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  4. Delete your personal information, subject to lawful retention exceptions.
  5. Opt out of any "sale" or "share" of personal information - QC Info does not sell or share, so this right applies by default.
  6. Limit the use of sensitive personal information - not applicable because we do not collect sensitive personal information.
  7. Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected] with your request. We will verify your identity using the contact details you provide before disclosing personal information.

Rights for other US residents

Residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and others) can exercise the same substantive rights by contacting us. Our practice is to apply the same rights uniformly to any US resident who submits a verifiable request.

Security

We use standard operational safeguards to protect personal information - encryption in transit (HTTPS across the site), reasonable server hardening, access-control on our editorial system, and third-party service providers under written data-processing agreements. No system is perfectly secure; we describe our practice honestly rather than claiming perfect security.

Children

QC Info covers regulated gambling topics for a US audience of legal age (21+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has contacted us, please email us and we will delete the record on verification.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Substantive changes will be posted here with a new effective date. The current version was published on July 17, 2026.
