Cookie Policy

Essentials-only cookie use on QC Info, plainly described.

What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file that a website places in your browser to remember information across page loads or sessions. Cookies are essential in some cases (a shopping cart cannot work without them) and optional in most others (advertising and analytics can be delivered with or without cookies).

What we use

QC Info uses one essential cookie only. Its purpose is to remember your cookie-consent choice so we do not show the consent notice on every page. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies or third-party marketing cookies. We do not participate in the retargeted-advertising ecosystem.

The details

Analytics without cookies

We use privacy-friendly aggregate analytics that does not set cookies and does not collect personal identifiers. The provider processes only anonymized page-view counts. This is a deliberate choice; a cookieless analytics stack keeps the compliance surface small.

How to disable cookies

You can disable cookies entirely in your browser settings. Because the only cookie we set is a consent marker, disabling cookies will only mean the consent notice appears on every visit rather than being remembered. Editorial content on QC Info is fully readable without any cookie set.

Guides on disabling cookies in the major browsers are available from the browser vendors directly. We do not link to specific browser help pages here because they change frequently; a web search for "disable cookies in [browser name]" will surface the current guide.

Third-party embeds

QC Info does not embed third-party media (no YouTube embeds, no social-media widgets, no third-party fonts). This is deliberate and means we do not load third-party cookies at any point.
